Tours

 

: Tours are visits by potential resident/potential lessees or their family/representative. A tour is showing someone through a model, representative or available apartment, room, villa or cottage. Tours are recorded with Activity as part of a Note/Activity.  Select the most appropriate option in the activity list.

Tours are reported as Initial Tour, Re-Tour and Total Tours.  Initial Tours are an activity selection and represent the first time someone toured/visited. Re-tours are recorded when someone re-visits or re-tours a property. For instance, the first tour was with the husband and wife and the re-tour was with the family to take measurements and place furniture.  Total Tours is combination of both initial tours plus any re-tours for a count of the total number of tours.
