Recording lost and inactive or lost and deceased contacts in Advantage Anywhere.  We recommend not deleting any contacts but instead marking them as lost/inactive contacts.  This will preserve the recorded notes and activities any opportunities or past sales or residence.  All of this information is used to populate reports so deleting is not recommended.  Simply change the category of the contact and record a notes with Lost activity.  Watch this video to learn more about lost and inactive contacts (approx. 5 mins.)
