‘Opportunity’ refers to the number of opportunities (possible move-in’s) your organization currently has open.  This takes into account those connected through relationships.  This count is looks at the relationships counting prospects and looks at the parties involved in those relationships.  Example:  prospect family members/friends is linked through relationships to a prospective resident.  This will count as one opportunity even though there are two ‘prospects’.  This relationship is visible in the listing on Dashboards as well as in reporting.  The ‘Opportunity’ count looks at the number of opportunities that currently exist for your community (combines prospects based on their relationships) regardless of the number of contacts that are prospect/prospect family, etc. (Approx. 6 mins.)
